蛋糕的第一次~ Let's share the cake made by AshleyCat!

 

                                                                                                       Here is my way to make the cake: 
                                                                                                       (网上看到的电饭锅制蛋糕方法,我做了小改动)

                                                                                                       配料:

                                                                                                       面粉一杯约60克,鸡蛋3个,牛奶半杯(约面粉的一半)
                                                                                                       糖60克(普通勺子一勺约10克),色拉油少许,酵母粉少许.

                                                                                                       做法:
                                                                                                       1.将蛋黄蛋清分开,打蛋清的容器一定要干净无油
                                                                                                       2.鸡蛋打散,后加入白砂糖30克打散,加入牛奶,酵母粉,
                                                                                                          少许色拉油搅拌,后分两次加入面粉搅拌成粘稠糊状.
                                                                                                          (如要加入水果可以在这个时候加入)
                                                                                                       3.接下来打蛋清,可加入少量砂糖、盐或白醋,
                                                                                                          待有大气泡时,加30克糖,继续搅拌,
                                                                                                          直到蛋清被打成像奶油,没有液体流动的状态为止.
                                                                                                          (这个我打了右10分钟噢,因为只有简单的工具,
                                                                                                          要是有电动打蛋器就轻松多了)
  4.将1/3的蛋清倒入盛蛋黄的容器中,从上至下翻拌,
     再倒入剩下的蛋清用相同方式翻拌.
  5.电饭锅稍稍余热并在上面涂一层足以不引起粘锅
     的植物油.但如蛋糕糊,最好将锅往下墩几下,
     为了减少泡沫,成型更细腻.
  6.按下煮饭键,待电饭锅跳至保温后,持续保温1--30分钟.
    起锅,可以用奶油或者巧克力炼乳或者水果进行装饰.

  I never thought I could make a cake by myself.
  But yesterday, I did!
  I used the electronic cooker to make the cake.
  I felt very excited, although the cake looked not a perfect one.
  You guys can check the photo below.
  You will find it is not a completed one; some part has been disappeared…
  It is Miao’s fault!!!
  He cannot help himself eating the cake before I take the photo.
  I think it is the only pity… Anyway, I’m glad that he enjoys it.

American Diner-美国从以前到现代都很流行的饮食文化


Meatloaf:meatloaf is a good diner meal.
It is baked in an oven and traditionally served with potatoes that are mashed and mixed with milk or cream.

Pancakes(薄烧饼): Pancakes are a favourite breakfast food in diner.
They are a thin, round cake made of flour, eggs and milk-all cooked on a greased surface.

Milkshake: Another popular diner food is a milkshake.
This sweet, thick drink is made of ice cream and milk.

Baklava(果仁蜜饼): A sweet, net-filled pastry, a kind of greek food.

Gyro: A gyro is another favourite-lamb wrapped in soft bread and served with yogurt sauce.

可口的白果香菇炖鸡+鸡汤面♨

猫咪自认为拿手的菜肴除了红烧鸡翅、红烧肉、搪瓷排骨以外呢,就是清炖鸡了!
清炖鸡其实很好做,在寒冷的冬天或者下过雨的秋天,回到家里面吃上一碗香气热腾腾的清炖鸡和米饭,大概再好不过了!
 
做法很简单,鸡翅或者鸡腿洗干净划扣,进热水去掉鸡血.泡好香菇和白果等,切好葱段和生姜.把去掉鸡血的鸡翅或者鸡腿放入新接好的水里面中火炖,同时加入葱段和生姜(如果喜欢吃辣,可以加入适量干辣椒).过10分钟后,加入香菇白果还有香菇水和鸡精.一直中小火炖就好了,大概过30分钟,加入盐巴调味,过2分钟,味道清淡但有咸味就ok了~一定记得要最后放盐巴,这样才不会影响到鸡的味道!
 
如果一次做的过多也没有关系,第2天可以用来煮面,就是鸡汤面啦!更可口哦~
 
昨天和Miao一起吃了白果香菇炖鸡,今天就可以吃鸡汤面了^.^
